Lemonade on a hot day
I'm not going to lie, I copied this recipe down from a bottle of lemon juice. I like it because I always have lemon juice on hand but I don't always have lemons (the juice keeps forever). Lemonade tastes way better if you use freshly squeezed lemon juice though.
Pour ingredients into juice jug, stir and enjoy!
This recipe can easily be doubled, I doubled this and I just about overfilled my 2L juice jug.
What I really like about making lemonade myself is that you can adjust the sugar, I like it less sweet than the store bought stuff (or the stuff in a can).
Lemonade
3 1/4 cups water
1/2 cup real lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
